The property builder is not obliged to inform you about the defects that they are aware of. This service is an essential part of preparing your investment property. We also take pictures of all problems and finally prepare a detailed snagging report. This inspection is done by a qualified professional who knows what to look for and will find more defects than a layperson. Best Bulgaria Ltd. offers a Snagging Service against a fee of € 45. Subsequent visits to check progress on any work that has been identified as being required can be carried out for a nominal fee of 10 Euros per visit. |
